A digital product
The Personalised Puzzle Gift is a digital PDF delivered by email. No physical item will be shipped, and nothing will arrive in the post.
What’s included
20 personalised word search puzzles (around 15 words each), a personalised cover, an optional dedication page, full solutions, and delivery as a printable A4 PDF.
Turnaround
Your pack is created personally, not generated automatically. Turnaround (within 7 days) begins once both payment and a complete order form have been received. If anything in your order needs clarifying, we’ll email you — and the clock pauses until we hear back.
Spelling and submitted details
Names and special words are used exactly as you enter them. Please check spellings carefully before submitting — you confirm this as part of the order form.
Corrections and revisions
Every order includes one round of minor corrections after delivery (for example spelling fixes or a word swap). Further revision rounds may incur a small fee, agreed with you first. Changes to the overall concept, theme, or design after creation has begun are not included.
Personal-use licence
Your pack is for personal use: print as many copies as you like for the recipient and your household. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially.
Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund at any point before creation of your pack begins — just reply to your order email. Once creation has begun, the order can no longer be refunded, because it is personalised to your recipient and cannot be resold. If your pack arrives faulty or not as described, we will put it right or refund you. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Content we can’t accept
We reserve the right to politely decline orders containing unlawful, hateful, adult, or otherwise inappropriate content. If part of an order can’t be used, we’ll contact you before creating the pack — and if we can’t proceed at all, you’ll receive a full refund.
Your information
The details you share are used only to create your gift, are never published, and are deleted after your order is complete. Full detail lives in our privacy policy.
